The old world charm of this 40 year old Hotel is very much there. However, the room needed some upgrasdation

Absence of some of the modern amenities

Room was Good with decent facilities !

Though there were many options for breakfast, some basic stuff were not upto my expectations..Tea was good !

Check in time in the afternoon forced me to book the room for two nights even though I never stayed overnight. 24 hours check in would be fair.

Food and staff

Disappointing stay AC issues ? Ac made my stay uncomfortable. I HOPE the management take to step to address this issue.

Luckily being Shivaratri, it was Vegetarian stuff, enjoyed it.

Staff not allowing for the early check in.very worst..what should i do if my train reach at 4am...they ask to come after 12..should i wait for 8 hours in the road?

Staff is excellent. The food is superb. Location is super convenient.

The property is extremely run down and even mouldy in some places. Be aware that checkout takes at least 10 minutes because they will make you wait while they send someone up for the minibar check.

They said my booking was not included with Breakfast. i remember booking it with breakfast. so no clue of the breakfast server.

i checked the menu and found the food was a bit on the pricey side. However, it was a pilgrimage trip so i didnt concentrate much on food. instead i used Zomato to get something light which was delivered to the property.

Especially the cleaning teams, they did good job , and very good behavior and they support well . Amazing ?., and also the reception team , kind and polite.

The location was very good, food tasty and well maintained property.

Delay in getting food and room service. The shower was not functional in the bathroom.

ample room space, location and neatnessRoom was really big and had lots of space. Big bathroom but not jazzy.

The room smelt like a smoking room. People must have smoked and the room hence smelled of smoking.

The system managing this hotel .. WIFI never worked ..in last 10 years first time facing WIFI issues in a luxury hotel. , twice went down to reception and found no help and had to use my phone internet through out my stay ... paid for breakfast previous day, but still i was send back to get confirmation from reception while having breakfast . 5th floor , executive rooms .. had a bad smell entering the floor . Room was ok
